Terms & Conditions – Gas On The Run

Welcome to Gas On The Run. By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Gas On The Run is a supplier of LPG gas, gas-related products, and accessories for home, commercial, and outdoor use.
All orders placed with Gas On The Run are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Orders and Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment via Pay Now is received or an official order number is provided.

  • Gas On The Run reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude delivery charges unless specified.

  • Payment method: Pay Now (full payment is required to process the order).

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

  • Overdue or disputed payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

4. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

  • Customers must inspect all products immediately and notify Gas On The Run of any defects, damages, or discrepancies.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval by Gas On The Run.

6. Safety and Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and use of gas and related products.

  • Gas On The Run products must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local safety regulations.

  • We provide secure storage solutions (e.g., gas cages) and professional installation services for gas geysers to ensure safety.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, product specifications, and materials remain the intellectual property of Gas On The Run unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Customers may not reproduce, copy, or distribute proprietary materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Gas On The Run shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • Any disputes arising from transactions with Gas On The Run shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
